We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are family-owned, so if something is not right with a unit, that is on us, and we correct it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in our office, and each driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I contact you before you need to contact us.
